Features of air-conditioning unit

1. Modular structure: The unit appearance is the popular block structure, and the block is the modular double sandwich with the core material of polyurethane. The structure strength is large and the appearance is beautiful. The sections of the unit can be made into all forms according to the design requirement to fulfill the applications of different places.

2. High airtightness: The highly elastic sealed strip should be adopted for surface sealing between the plate and frame and other connection components to guarantee that the wind leakage volume of the box reach the requirements of the clean air-conditioning specified in the standard of GB/T 14294-93. Automatic Control Device

1. Automatic control

According to the features of the combination type air handling system, Haye takes the DDC control as the core and constructs the comparatively complete automatic control system. The operation of the CPU of the DDC control center is fast and the control system can quickly make the reflection to the changes of temperature and humidity. There is the model output of many circuits equipped in the DDC control. The control system can carry out the continuous proportion and integral adjustment according to the valves of all the function sections (such as the surface cooling section, heating section and the humidify section) of the air handling unit. According to the indoor temperature and humidity, pressure in the pipe and other parameters, the control system can automatically adjust the operation frequency of the transducer and adjust the speed without the level for the fan,  to fulfill the aim of accurately controlling temperature, humidity and air pressure.

There is the network communication module equipped in the DDC control and the Total Distributed System (can be shorted as TDS) can be formed. The TDS is suitable for adopting several units to collectively control, and the collective monitor and management functions can be fulfilled, such as collectively monitor, collectively parameter modify, collectively start and stop, alarm and record treatment.

2. System Work Principle

This system adopts the import direct digital control as the core of the control system. The turn on degrees of the cold water valve, hot water (steam) valve and humidify valve can be continuously adjusted by the PI control through collecting the temperature and humidity of the back air points and new air points and comparing with the design value, in order to make the temperature and humidity always trend to the design value without limitation.

3. Features of System
